Peggy Maguire, Director General of the European Institute of Women’s Health is co-chairing a workshop in collaboration with Bernadette Kumar, EUPHA MIG and Women in Global Health titled ‘Female Leadership in Times of Crisis: Fostering a Sustainable Future for Humanity’. This event will take place on Friday the 10th of November in Liffey Meeting Room 1, the Convention Centre Dublin as part of at the European Public Health Conference #EPH2023.
In this workshop the EIWH and the Women in Global Health European Chapters will review the ongoing conflict in Ukraine through a gender equity lens, exploring what the crisis has taught us and and how these experiences can improve gender equity interventions in the future.
