Doing a Breast self examination is an effective way of discovering breast cysts.
Cysts are fluid-filled pockets ranging from the size of a pin to the size of a walnut. Cysts move easily when touched, they are hard and round. Breast cysts are common and normally benign (non-cancerous). However, you should make sure and have all lumps checked out by your doctor.
