Food4Me white paper:
Personal nutrition, paving way to better population health
An EU Project, Food4Me published a white paper ‘Personalised Nutrition: paving a way to better population health’, summarising its main project outcomes and implications.
The Paper is divided into chapters including results from various research areas including
- Pan European Proof of Principle study; consumer attitudes and concerns to personalised nutrition
- technological developments
- business and value creation concepts
- and ethical considerations and legal requirements
The white paper describes implications of their results and how they may be translated into state-of-the-art practical implications for their respective research fields.
The authors also provide insights to the knowledge gaps that remain and how research can feed into the European Commission’s future Horizon 2020 research calls.
